PRIVACY POLICY

The Angel Investment Network Ltd (AIN) Privacy Policy covers AIN's treatment of personally identifiable information that AIN collects when the user of the AIN website is on the AIN website, and when the user of the AIN website uses AIN's Services. The AIN Privacy Policy also covers AIN's treatment of any personally identifiable information that AIN's business partners share with AIN or that AIN may collect on a partner's site.

The AIN Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that AIN does not own or control, or to people that AIN does not employ or manage. In addition, the AIN Privacy Policy does not apply AIN financial products and services, which are expressly covered by a distinct privacy policy.

1. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

AIN collects personally identifiable information when the user of the AIN website subscribes to the AIN, when the user of the AIN website uses certain AIN products or services, when the user of the AIN website visits the AIN website, and when the user of the AIN website enters any promotions or sweepstakes advertised on the AIN website, as the case may be. AIN may also receive personally identifiable information from its business partners.

When the user of the AIN website is registered with AIN, the user's vital information is collected. Once the user of the AIN website is registered with AIN and signs in to the AIN services, the user of the AIN website is not anonymous to AIN.

AIN also automatically receives and records information on its server logs from the user's browser including its IP address, AIN cookie information and the page the user of the AIN website requested.

AIN uses information for three general purposes: to customize the advertising and content the user of the AIN website sees, to fulfil the user's requests for certain products and services, and to contact the user of the AIN website about specials and new products.

2. INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

AIN will not sell or rent the personally identifiable information of the user of the AIN website to anyone.

AIN may send personally identifiable information about the user of the AIN website to other companies or people when:

AIN has the consent of the user of the AIN website to share the information;

AIN needs to share information about the user of the AIN website to provide the product or service the user has requested;

AIN needs to send the information to firms or companies who work on behalf of AIN to provide a product or service to the user of the AIN website. (Unless the user of the AIN website is told differently, these firms or companies have no right to use the personally identifiable information provided to them beyond what is necessary to assist AIN.);

AIN responds to subpoenas, court orders or legal process; or

AIN finds that the user's actions on the AIN website violates the AIN Terms Of Use, the AIN subscription documentation Terms and Conditions or the AIN Acceptable Use Policy, or any of the AIN usage guidelines for specific products or services.

3. COOKIES

AIN may set and access AIN cookies on the computer of the user of the AIN website.

AIN may allow other firms or companies that are presenting information or advertisements on the AIN website to set and access their cookies on the computer of the user of the AIN website. Other firms or companies' use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. Information providers and advertisers or other firms or companies do not have access to AIN's cookies.

AIN may use web beacons to access its cookies within and outside the AIN's network of web sites and in connection with AIN products and services.

4. EDITING AND DELETING ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND PREFERENCES

AIN gives the user of the AIN website the ability to edit its AIN Account Information and preferences at any time, including whether the user of the AIN website wants AIN to contact it about specials and new products.

The user of the AIN website may request deletion of its AIN account by sending an e-mail to admin@scandinavianinvestmentnetwork.com detailing its user name and password and requesting the termination of its account. After the account of a user of the AIN website has been deleted, the following information may possibly remain in the AIN archived records:

A temporary copy of the registration information that is routinely made to prevent accidental loss of the user's information through a computer malfunction or human error; In most cases the user's account will be deactivated and then deleted from the AIN database in approximately 90 days. This delay is necessary to discourage users from engaging in fraudulent activity. Information that has been copied may remain in back-up storage for some period of time after the user's deletion request. This may be the case even though no information about the user's account remains in AIN's active user databases.

5. SECURITY

The user's AIN Account Information is password-protected for the privacy and security of the user of the AIN website.

In certain areas AIN may use industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions.

6. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

AIN may amend the AIN Privacy Policy from time to time. If AIN makes any substantial changes in the way it uses the personal information of the user of the AIN website it will notify the user of the AIN website by posting a prominent announcement on the AIN website.
