Our Refund Policy
Referral Fee
If an entrepreneur does not manage to contact the investor(s), the Scandinavian Investment Network will refund the Referral Fee after the 90 day proposal listing period expires.
If you want a refund you must send us an email explaining the reason for the request. We must receive your email within 7 days after the end of the proposal listing period and we reserve the right to authenticate all claims. If you decide to pay by bank transfer our refund policy is no longer valid.
Premium Service Fee
The Premium Service Fee is refundable for 24 hours after it is paid. If you want a refund you must send us an email explaining the reason for the request. We reserve the right to authenticate all claims. If you decide to pay by bank transfer our refund policy is no longer valid.
Please note - The Scandinavian Investment Network is solely a matching service and cannot offer the entrepreneur any guarantees that an angel investor will invest in their business. In an effort to maximize credibility, each investor has completed an eligibility process stating that they are a credible investor. Although these guidelines are in effect and we do everything possible to enable successful contacts, it is beyond the control of the Scandinavian Investment Network what happens after contact is made. We advise both parties to have patience and proceed cautiously.
